Important updates for SSC and equivalent candidates. Earlier there was a plan to release the result on July 20 but it is not happening anymore. The Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee said that due to administrative busyness, it was not possible to complete the result preparation work on schedule. However, efforts are being made to publish the results within this month of July.
The matter was confirmed on Saturday (July 18) afternoon by Inter-Education Board Coordinating Committee President and Chairman of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Dhaka Professor Syed Aktaruzzaman.
He said that the Minister of Education and Primary and Mass Education Dr. ANM Ehchanul Haque Milon had earlier set a target of releasing SSC and equivalent exam results by July 20. Keeping that goal in mind, all the education boards of the country started the necessary preparations.
However, due to recent administrative busyness, the fruit preparation work could not be completed within the stipulated time. As a result, the result cannot be declared on the scheduled date and there will be a delay of a few days.
In response to the question whether it will be possible to publish the result within this month, the board chairman said, "Inshallah, I hope to be able to publish the result within this month." However, the specific new date of result release has not been announced yet.
Earlier, in a press conference held on June 15, the Minister of Education and Primary and Mass Education said that the results of SSC and equivalent examinations will be published by July 20. He also expressed hope that the results of this year's HSC examination will also be published within two months of the end of the examination.
According to the information of the education board, 18 lakh 57 thousand 344 students registered for SSC and equivalent examination under 11 education boards of the country this year. Among them, 9 lakh 30 thousand 305 students and 9 lakh 27 thousand 39 female students. 208 candidates have been expelled on the charge of malpractice during the examination.
Now the candidates and parents are waiting for the announcement of the new date of official result release by the Ministry of Education.
